Paternity Testing (Upgrade- 46 Markers)

Service Description

This is a personal (general peace of mind) test. This is not for a court-ordered paternity test. Note: If more than one alleged father should be tested, please add-on those tests. They can also be paid individually. However, they must indicate the name of the original tester so the appointment can be linked. What you will need to bring the day of your appointment: - An UNEXPIRED government-issued ID (DL, State ID, Military ID or US Passport) for all parties 18 yrs of age or older. Identification such as employee badge, school/college/university ID are not acceptable. -You will be photographed for testing purposes. Refusal of photography nullifies testing and therefore WILL NOT be performed. -A legal guardian of the child in question, who can provide consent, if the child is under the age of 18
